Chuck loves building not only structures but also relationships with his team and his customers. Chuck likes to spend time outdoors with his family when he is not on-site. He is an avid fisherman and loves to explore new places and challenges. Jake is our project lead and has experience in managing and documenting construction projects. He oversees the daily operations at the worksite and ensures that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. He also supervises and coordinates the work of field workers and trade professionals. He is knowledgeable about the laws and regulations that govern the construction industry, and he strives to create a safe and productive work environment for everyone involved. When he is not working, Jake enjoys fishing, baseball, yard work, and gardening.

Sandi is always up for a new adventure, and she brings her humor and zest to everything she does.

Travis is the Project Lead of the fab shop, where he supervises the fabrication process from beginning to end. He ensures that the safety and quality standards are followed, and the productivity goals are reached. He collaborates with customers, project managers, and field employees to provide the best value for their fabrication projects. When he's not busy running the show, he likes to relax with some hockey, kayaking, or fishing.
